• Customized or made-to-order items: 2–4 weeks

💸 Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on most orders above ₹5,000

• For smaller orders or remote locations, a nominal shipping fee may apply and will be calculated at checkout

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive:

• A tracking link via SMS & Email

• Live updates on the delivery status

⚠️ Delivery Guidelines

• Please ensure someone is available to receive the product at the delivery address

• In case of visible damage to the outer packaging, record a video before opening the package
