You provide a full unboxing video from the moment the package is opened

Items without original packaging or proof of damage
💰 Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the item is picked up, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer. Our team will connect with you for bank details.
