We take great care in curating and packaging your interior products. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

🔁 Returns Eligibility

  • Return Window: Within 48 hours of delivery

  • Accepted Only If:

    • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

    • You provide a full unboxing video from the moment the package is opened

  • Non-returnable Items:

    • Customized or made-to-order products

    • Items without original packaging or proof of damage

💰 Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved and the item is picked up, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer. Our team will connect with you for bank details.

📦 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Record a clear unboxing video while opening the parcel

  3. Our team will verify and schedule a reverse pickup if eligible

📌 Important Notes

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, color perception issues, or minor size differences due to manual measurements

  • All returned items must be in original condition, unused, and properly packed
